The good thing is, you can make water taste better without much work. The simplest way to add flavor to you H2O is by creating fruit infused water. Just chop up your favorite herbs and fruits, add them to your water bottle and go. Instant spa water! Some of our favorite combinations are:

Lemon, Ginger and Basil Detox Tea Recipe

- 1/2 ginger root
- 2 lemons
- 3/4 cup of basil leaves
- 3 tablespoons of honey
- 9 cups of water
- Boil the water in a large pot.
- Add the juice of two lemons, the basil and ginger into a pitcher.
- Once water is boiled, pour it into the pitcher, as well. Slowly add the honey while stirring thoroughly.
- Let the mixture steep, and drain once cooled.
- Add some ice or enjoy it warmed!
