The National Makeup Artist & Educator is responsible to work closely with the Director of Artistry & Education in developing and creating all educational material for global and domestic partners- which include the following: curriculums and PowerPoint presentations for webinars, partner trainings, regional courses, all company issued training material for Territory Managers and partners, webinars, sales support material, and other company plans as established each year.
Makeup Artistry:
Must possess advanced makeup artistry skills and be comfortable applying makeup and teaching makeup classes to consumers and partners. Must have a key understanding of the jane iredalebrand and products to feel at ease explaining and discussing key ingredients as well as the features and benefits.
Support:
Participates in and supports all sales, marketing and educational programs and objectives set forth by IC (e.g., new account campaigns, new product launches, promotions, educational classes, trade shows, regional meetings, national sales meetings, etc.). Supports national retailer doors as requested. This includes live and virtual trainings, floor support, sell through and promotional initiatives.

The Shop jane iredale Assistant Manager provides team leadership and conducts all roles and responsibilities of a Beauty Advisor. This includes engaging with the team daily by motivating, supporting and coaching them. The role provides best-in-class customer service with expert product knowledge and order fulfillment support in processing orders to be delivered to customers. This is a full-time position located at our global headquarters in Great Barrington, Massachusetts.
