Job Overview
We’re looking for a passionate, people-first Beauty Advisor to join the team at janeiredale.com. Based at our global headquarters in Great Barrington, this full-time, on-site role combines personalized beauty expertise with hands-on order fulfillment.
You’ll connect with customers across phone, chat, email, and virtual consultations—offering thoughtful guidance, expert product recommendations, and an exceptional customer experience from start to finish. You’ll also play a key role behind the scenes, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and shipped with care and precision.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, responsive, and solution-oriented customer support
- Provide expert guidance on product selection, color matching, and application techniques
- Serve as a knowledgeable brand ambassador across our full skincare and makeup line
- Communicate clearly and professionally via phone, chat, email, and video
- Build meaningful, lasting relationships with customers
- Resolve questions and concerns with empathy and efficiency
- Collaborate with teammates to support daily operations
- Assist with order fulfillment, including picking, packing, and shipping orders
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or beauty-related roles a plus
- Comfort using computers and digital communication tools
- A warm, positive, and engaging personality
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- A genuine passion for makeup, skincare, and helping others look and feel their best

The salary for this position is $20.00 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, and qualifications.
