Simply twist off the base and fill with a skin-loving loose powder using the enclosed scoop.
Twist into the open position to allow powder to flow through.
Twist into to the locked position when you are finished with your application to prevent spilling.
Note: some powder remains in the reservoir even after locking so powder will continue to flow through the brush.

Fill with loose mineral makeup foundation or finish powder, then unlock brush and apply in even strokes.
