Territory Sales Manager

The Territory for this position is for the Greater Boston area. Candidate must be based out of Boston, MA. The Outside Sales Representative is responsible to execute and achieve the sales, marketing, education and other company plans within an assigned territory to achieve sales and market development objectives as established each year by the company.

Education and Experience:

  • High school degree required. AA or BA degree preferred.
  • Minimum of two years outside sales experience, preferably in the beauty industry or consumer goods required.
  • Prior experience with prospecting/cold-calling and opening new business a plus.
  • Experience with servicing salons, spas, physician’s offices, retail merchants and the small business base preferred.
  • Licensed esthetician/makeup artist a plus.

Other Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Public speaking preferred but not necessary.
  • Tradeshow Experience
  • Home Office setup mandatory.
  • Proficient in the following applications; Microsoft Office Word, Microsoft Office Excel and Microsoft Office PowerPoint and CRM Database.

Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer and Senior VP of Global Sales

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assists in the daily management of schedules for the Executives including scheduling of virtual and in office meetings.
  • Assists in the coordination of travel and meetings for Executive Management.
  • Assists in planning the Quarterly Sales meetings for the Sales Leader Team including preparation of an agenda and assisting with travel needs.
  • Responsible for scheduling and coordinating Quarterly presentations for all departments under the SVP of Global Sales including National Retailers, Supplements, Professional Channel, and International.
  • Responsible for scheduling Quarterly calls for all International Distributors with SVP of Global Sales and Senior International Accounts Manager.
  • Assists in the coordination of Travel Arrangements for Executive Management for both international and domestic travel including efficient flight planning, accommodations, and creation of visit agendas. Work with corporate Travel Agent to book travel plans and maintain specific travel information including, preferences, frequent flyer miles, etc.
  • Coordinate Guest Visits for both International and Domestic Visitors including arranging all accommodations and transport needs.
  • Perform other diversified administrative duties as needed.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of executive assistant experience or related work experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office suite software and their application.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess and respond to challenging or sensitive issues in a professional manner.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills and a demonstrated ability to approach and respond to Partners and individuals at all levels of the internal organizational in an appropriate manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing demands, deal effectively with unanticipated changes in business plans, schedules, and priorities.
  • Ability to maintain confidential or sensitive customer or corporate information.
  • Ability to maintain a calm, even temperament in high stress situations.
  • Tech Savvy with the ability to solve tech related challenges quickly, and often times virtually.

Esthetician

We are currently seeking a motivated and energetic Esthetician with a Type 6 License to work in the jane iredale Makeup Studio located on Main Street in Great Barrington, MA. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and will be committed to going above and beyond for our salon/retail customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing salon services for customers in a salon/retail setting.
  • Respond promptly and enthusiastically to customer inquiries
  • Build lasting relationships with customers
  • Keeping up to date on trends within the beauty industry as it relates to your job.
  • Share in-depth knowledge of makeup and skincare with customers
  • Contribute to a team environment and workload

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Computer literacy
  • Manicure experience required
  • 1- 2 years’ experience in a retail environment.
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a salon setting.
  • Makeup experience, a plus but not a requirement.
