Shop Pay offers you the option to pay in full at checkout, or to split your purchase into regular payments with Shop Pay Installments. The installment option can be selected on orders over $50. Approval required.

 

Are there any fees to use Shop Pay Installments?

For purchases split into 4 bi-weekly payments, there are no additional charges or interest rates applied. Purchases split into monthly payments may be subject to interest. You can pay your balance off early without penalty. There are no late fees. However, partial or late payments may affect your ability to use Shop Pay Installments in the future.

Will my credit score be impacted by using Shop Pay Installments?

Your credit scores aren't impacted if your purchase is split into 4 bi-weekly payments using Shop Pay Installments. If your purchase is split into monthly payments, then your payments may be reported to a credit bureau.

How do I use Shop Pay Installments?

  1. Fill your cart with at least $50 worth of eligible items, then choose Shop Pay Installments at checkout.
  2. Choose the installments option as your payment method.
  3. Choose a debit or credit card to use for payment, then tap Continue.
  4. Follow the steps to verify your identity—this usually takes just a few moments.
  5. If you agree to the terms, click Agree, then tap Authorize purchase.
  6. Enter the 6-digit verification code that was sent to your phone.

Where can I use Shop Pay Installments?

Shop Pay Installments can only be applied to purchases made on the janeiredale.com website.

Can I use Shop Pay Installments as an international customer?

To use Shop Pay Installments, your shipping address needs to be in the United States.

How does the payment schedule work?

Is there a limit to how much I can spend on a single transaction?

Shop Pay Installments offers the option to split your purchase into four equal, interest-free installment payments for orders between $50 and $1,000 USD.

What products are not eligible for purchase using Shop Pay Installments?

Shop Pay Installments is not available on purchases of e-gift cards. If your order contains an e-gift card, you will need to purchase your e-gift card separately.

How do I return or exchange an item purchased using Shop Pay Installments?

If you are dissatisfied with any product purchased through our site for any reason, you may return the item(s) within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Please email us at BeautyAdvisors@janeiredale.com or call us at 877-869-9420 to set up your return. Upon processing your return, the refunded amount will return to your original payment method within 3-10 business days, and your Shop Pay Installments balance will be updated.

What if I can’t pay a Shop Pay Installment?

There are no late fees. However, partial or late payments may affect your ability to use Shop Pay Installments in the future.
