How will the eGift Cards be delivered?

You will receive the eGift card via email. You can choose to forward the email with the eGift card to the lucky recipient or print the email to personally deliver.

How much does shipping cost?

There is no charge for emailing the eGift card. Priority shipping is free on all purchases from jane iredale, but if the recipient of your eGift card wants to upgrade their shipping to get their goodies faster, shipping rates can be deducted from the amount in the card.

How do I redeem my jane iredale eGift Card?

• Visit janeiredale.com and choose the items you want to buy, and add them to your bag. If you need advice or information, please call our helpful Beauty Advisors at 1-877-869-9420. When you have everything you want, proceed to checkout.
• At checkout, enter the eGift Card redemption code you received.
• If the total amount of your order exceeds the total value on your jane iredale eGift Card, please enter a valid credit card for the remaining balance. The total value on your jane iredale eGift Card will be used first before any amount is charged to your credit card.
• When the amount of your order is less than the value on your jane iredale eGift Card, any unused balance will remain on your jane iredale eGift Card for future use.

Sales tax

• There is no sales tax on a jane iredale eGift Card.

• Returns & exchanges

• Refunds for returned items are credited to the original payment method, so if the returned item was bought using an eGift card, its value will be returned to the eGift card and stored for future purchases. • If you want to return an eGift Card, the remaining balance will be refunded to the original buyer, on whatever they used to purchase it (e.g. their credit card).
  
  

Lost or stolen gift cards

Please call 1-877-869-9420 to report a lost or stolen jane iredale eGift Card. Lost or stolen cards must be reported within one week of the loss; holders will not be liable for purchases within this time period.

Terms & Conditions

jane iredale eGift Cards are redeemable for merchandise only, not for cash. They have no expiration date and no service fees. Promotional offers and discounts may not be applied to the purchase of jane iredale eGift Cards, nor can the jane iredale eGift Cards be used to meet promotional thresholds.
