Rose Makeup Inspiration for Spring

Like the flower, rose-colored makeup adds a touch of elegance to any look and occasion. You can create a subtle, petal-inspired look with pink and lavender tones for a casual weekend event or a night out with friends. For a bolder look, up the flower power by pairing rose-tinted lips and cheeks with beautiful earth tones on your eyes. See below for two soft and elegant looks using our rose inspired shades and try them on virtually in our makeover room by clicking the model’s picture.

Rose inspired weekend makeup

  1. Start by applying your favorite foundation.
  2. Apply Dusk PurePressed Eye Shadow on your entire eyelid using the Eye Shader Brush.
  3. Using the Bent Liner Brush, line your top lash line with Espresso Jelly Jar Gel Eyeliner, starting at the inner corner and extending outward in a slight wing.
  4. Line the inner corner of your eyes with White Eye Pencil to help brighten your eye.
  5. Apply PureLash Extender and Conditioner.
  6. Apply Agate Brown PureLash Mascara to your top lashes only.
  7. Using the White Fan Brush, apply Barely Rose PurePressed Blush to the apples of your cheeks.
  8. Line and fill in your lips with Lip Definer in Rose.
  9. Lightly apply Rose PureMoist LipStick on top of the lip liner.
  10. Finish with Candied Rose PureGloss Lip Gloss.

Rose inspired evening makeup

  1. Start by applying your favorite foundation.
  2. Apply the medium shade of Khaki Kraze PurePressed Eye Shadow Triple on your entire eyelid, using the Eye Shader Brush.
  3. Using the same brush, apply the lightest shade in the triple to the brow bone and inner corner of your eye.
  4. Still using the Eye Shader Brush, add the darkest shade of the triple to your outer corner and crease.
  5. Line your top and bottom lash line with the dark side of Dark Topaz Mystikol.
  6. Use the highlighter on the Dark Topaz Mystikol to line your inner rim.
  7. Apply Ice Black Longest Lash Mascara to your top lashes.
  8. Using the White Fan Brush, apply Barely Rose PurePressed Blush to the apples of your cheeks.
  9. Apply Rose PureMoist LipStick on top of the lip liner.
  10. Finish with Candied Rose PureGloss Lip Gloss.
